Starting Position Movement
Sitting on the mat, legs extended up and apart. Hands holding on to the ankles. Straight arms. Spine extended.. Inhale Flex the lower back and roll back.
Exhale Roll back to starting position, extending the spine.

Maintain abdominal control by narrowing the pelvis throughout the exercise
Keep the legs and arms straight at all times.
