Starting Position Movement
Starting Position Hands on the outside of the horizontal poles a the top of the Cadillac. Feet turned out either in the fuzzies or the seat of the trapeze. Arms straight. Spine perpendicular to the floor. Inhale Prepare
Exhale Articulate the spine and roll the pelvis up till the body is in a straight line.
Inhale Take the upper back into extension
Exhale Pull the body up to the top by bending the elbows
Inhale Straighten the arms
  Repeat three times
